My friend Natalie (Natla) has been such a blessing to me. I lost my mother one year ago yesterday and Natalie knew weeks ago that the date was approaching. She asked if I wanted to do something that day so that I wouldn't be sad. She and I and two other girlfriends (Syl and Tanya) got together and it was a blessing.

Nothing will ever take away the sadness of losing my Mom but it is nice to have friends like these.

Nature at it's best

It was our first trip to the mountains! We went up with some friends and spent 3 days. It was a much needed vacation. We enjoyed sunsets, bbq, tubing, playing games eating, and the great train ride! It was a nice getaway, as we learned so much about one another.
